An evening of exotic belly dance entertainment, international dance party, live music, socializing, and more!

Friday of every month, featuring the finest belly dance professionals,
dynamic group theme performances and blossoming student talent. Stay
after the show, as Boris & Sax play popular belly dance party
numbers and it is YOUR chance to get up and practice belly dance moves
with the girls! Not sure how? We'll give a crash course in belly dance
party moves around 7pm so don't be shy!
6:00pm - Tree Dog Roots catering is set up in the parking lot
7:00pm - Studio Doors Open for ticket sales, eating, and shopping
7:30pm - Theatre Doors Open
8pm - Showtime! Well, give or take a few minutes, that is...
After the show stick around, we all get to cut loose and enjoy our Friday night together!
$10 admission in advance (includes a FREE class pass to use at any future Hip Expressions class!)
$12 admission at the door (does not guarantee you a chair), also includes a FREE class pass

Expressions has been hosting belly dance performances, showcases, and
parties called 'haflas' in Tampa Bay since 2004. 1001 Nights is the next
evolution of this community event and has expanded to include a whole
host of elements that create a festive and appreciative atmosphere for
your enjoyment! Each month we will feature a performer and/or
theme to inspire the evening. Some performers may use the theme as
inspiration, while others have numbers with other artistic intent. All
comes together to create a wonderful variety show with something for
everybody!
